What we collect
When you place an order: name, email address, postal address, telephone number, order contents, and the country of delivery. Why we process it, and on what basis
Processing and delivering your order: performance of the contract. Customs declarations and shipping documentation: legal obligation. Answering your enquiries: legitimate interest. Accounting and invoice retention: legal obligation. Anonymous audience measurement: legitimate interest.

Who receives it

How long we keep it
Order and delivery data: three (3) years from the last contact, then archived. Invoices and accounting records: ten (10) years, as required by law. Enquiry and contact messages: three (3) years from the last contact.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is what is strictly necessary to make the site work: your shopping basket, and the fraud-prevention identifiers set by Stripe on the payment step. No consent banner is required for these. If this ever changes, this page will be updated and a consent banner added before any non-essential cookie is set.
